DESCRIPTION:2024 Atlanta SRMC\n\nCISV Southeast Regional Mini Camp! \n\nFriday\, November 8 @ 7pm – November 10 @ 2pm \n\nRegister now to get the early bird special!\nCost includes lodging\, meals and activities. Registration fees vary by registration date.\n\nPlease have a look and make the payment in the amount indicated by date:\n\n\n$240 if registered by 9/30/2024 (payment received between 9/2-9/30)\n$255 if registered by 10/18/2024 (payment received between 10/1-10/18)\n\n\nAll payments must be received by October 18th in order to be able to join us for SRMC.\nHowever\, please note\, only participants that submitted all documents (the registration form & the youth legal form) and have paid the registration fee are considered fully registered. Participation is first-come\, first-serve\, and we have a fixed capacity. If you complete all enrollment steps after we have reached capacity\, the participant you are registering will be placed on a waitlist and can only join if a spot opens up.\n\n\n\n\nFor more information and to register & make the payment please visit our website by clicking HERE.\n\nParticipants will receive a “PreCamp” with additional mini camp and carpooling information\, via email.\n\nWe have a fantastic group of local junior representatives from the southeast who have been busy planning and are so excited for this event! \nSeeking Chaperones! \nLastly\, please consider being a chaperone. One chaperone for every 8 participants from our chapter are needed. We will need to ensure we have a good balance of male & female chaperones as well. So\, if we are sending 16 participants\, please strive to have one male & one female chaperone. Chapter sharing chaperones is an option\, but let CISV Atlanta know what is needed for your chapter. Chaperones should fill out the Adult Legal Form. If a chaperone wishes to purchase a shirt\, they will need to pay for the shirt and let me know their size.
