The biennial CISV USA census enables us to understand the makeup and needs of our membership to support participants better locally and abroad. In 2020, CISV USA established the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Committee, a group of volunteers committed to fostering a sense of belonging across the organization, establishing strategic goals centered on DEIA and strengthening CISV’s four educational content areas: Human Rights, Diversity, Conflict and Resolution, Sustainable Development. As part of this work, the biennial CISV USA Census was instituted to make data-informed recommendations and solutions to improve the quality of our organizational offerings.
Participating in this survey is completely voluntary. We intend to use this information to:
– Establish a demographic baseline
– Inform our Strategic Plan
– Provide chapter statistics
– Assess how the organization can better serve its members in the future
The survey should take less than 10 minutes to fill out. All survey responses will be kept anonymous, private and confidential. Only aggregate data will be shared. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to deia@cisvusa.org
