* Conflict of Interest Form: A conflict of interest form must be signed annually by all board members. Please complete the following link: Conflict of Interest Form
* Contact information: A formatting issue caused many of the phone/email info to get out of place in our board member list. Please review and update your information in our shared file. Contact one another board member for access.
* Calendar: See our calendar for the year that is also located on Base Camp.
* 2026 Program Survey: Please fill out our program survey for 2026 so we know which programs you might be interested in! Please share with any friends or family that may be interested in participating in programs next year.
* Membership: First you will need to create an account on CISV Central. Then you will be able to renew your membership.
* Training: Complete the online Safeguarding Course on myCISV.
* Chapter Email: Consider setting up a chapter Gmail account for your role, using the format consistent with the board ex: smokymtncisv.communications@gmail.com.
* Passive Giving: Set up passive giving through various retailers here. There are several ways that CISVers can help our chapter with very little effort!
* Volunteer Hours: Log your volunteer hours here. It is important to have accurate information for reporting of the work we do!
* In-Kind Donations: Log your in-kind donations here.
* Reimbursements: Submit requests for reimbursement here.
* Board Meeting Agendas, Summaries, and Updates: Find agendas, summaries, and upload your updates for our monthly board meeting here (after logging in).
