Cost includes lodging, meals and activities. Registration fees vary by registration date.
Please have a look and make the payment in the amount indicated by date:
- $240 if registered by 9/30/2024 (payment received between 9/2-9/30)
- $255 if registered by 10/18/2024 (payment received between 10/1-10/18)
All payments must be received by October 18th in order to be able to join us for SRMC.
However, please note, only participants that submitted all documents (the registration form & the youth legal form) and have paid the registration fee are considered fully registered. Participation is first-come, first-serve, and we have a fixed capacity. If you complete all enrollment steps after we have reached capacity, the participant you are registering will be placed on a waitlist and can only join if a spot opens up.

Participants will receive a “PreCamp” with additional mini camp and carpooling information, via email.
We have a fantastic group of local junior representatives from the southeast who have been busy planning and are so excited for this event!
Seeking Chaperones!
Lastly, please consider being a chaperone. One chaperone for every 8 participants from our chapter are needed. We will need to ensure we have a good balance of male & female chaperones as well. So, if we are sending 16 participants, please strive to have one male & one female chaperone. Chapter sharing chaperones is an option, but let CISV Atlanta know what is needed for your chapter. Chaperones should fill out the Adult Legal Form. If a chaperone wishes to purchase a shirt, they will need to pay for the shirt and let me know their size.
