International Day of Peace – Peace Cranes

Each year, our chapter partners with OREPA to observe International Peace Day by folding origami cranes
known as “Peace Cranes,” in honor of Sadako Sasaki,
who died after the bombing of Hiroshima during World War II.

Come fold one or more Peace Cranes and stay as long as you like.
Don’t forget to bring a chair!
Shirts will be given to those that fold 30 cranes, while supplies last!
